The company dispatchers kept us updated on the Technician arrival time – they called us a couple of times. That was impressive in itself. Josef Moran arrived to our house to fix the garbage disposal in our outdoor kitchen. He went down and hit a reset button hidden away and it started working immediately. “A few weeks back, I was heading off to the gym at 6:15 am and I happened to walk past a maisonette near where I live, which I knew to be empty. I heard running water and it occurred to me something wasn’t right. After exhausting the avenues of the local police and fire rescue services, the fire department gained entry to the property, although they isolated the source of the huge leak, they left the property in a rather precarious situation. I spoke with Abacus Flame at 7:30 am and by 8:30 am, he had been to the property, fully isolated the supply of water to the property and then proceeded to drain down the system.
